Magic City Creative is looking for a strategic, creative, and highly organized Social Media Manager to support one of our newest clients in establishing and growing their online presence. This business is in the early stages of development and needs a dedicated social media expert to help shape its brand voice, messaging, and engagement strategy.
As their Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for crafting a compelling digital presence from the ground up. You’ll manage content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking across multiple platforms, ensuring that every post aligns with the client’s evolving brand identity and business goals.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Brand Development
Work closely with Magic City Creative and our client to define their social media voice, tone, and messaging.
Develop and implement a data-driven content strategy tailored to the client's target audience.
Plan and schedule content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.
Help refine the client’s brand positioning and storytelling approach.
2. Content Creation & Curation
Create engaging, high-quality social media content, including graphics, captions, and video clips.
Research and curate content that aligns with the client's brand identity and industry trends.
Work with our design and video teams to ensure a consistent aesthetic and messaging.
Stay on top of social media trends and incorporate them into fresh, relevant content.
3. Community Engagement & Growth
Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful audience interactions.
Build and nurture an authentic online community for the client’s brand.
Identify and engage with potential brand ambassadors, influencers, and collaborators.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Use analytics tools to track and measure content performance, audience growth, and engagement.
Provide monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations to improve reach and impact.
Continuously optimize content based on data-driven insights.
5. Paid Social & Campaign Support
Assist in developing and managing paid social media campaigns
Work with Magic City Creative’s team to optimize ad performance and audience targeting.
Who We’re Looking For:
? 3+ years of social media management experience (agency or brand-side).
? Strong understanding of brand development, audience engagement, and community building.
? Experience growing and managing accounts on Instagram,
? Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
? Creative mindset with experience in content creation (graphic design/video editing skills are a plus!).
? Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
? Ability to work independently and take ownership of a client’s social media presence.
? Strong communication skills and ability to work with a US-based remote team.
? Experience with new or emerging brands is a big plus!
