Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to help elevate two personal brands and one company brand! If you're passionate about video editing, creating engaging content, and mastering social media trends, this is the role for you.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Monthly Salary: $1,000
13th Month Pay
$500 Yearly Tech Allowance

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Develop engaging short and long-form video content for multiple brands.
-Edit raw content into polished, attention-grabbing videos tailored for social media platforms.
-Write compelling captions and posts that align with brand voice and drive engagement.
-Research and apply trending hashtags to boost reach and visibility.
-Schedule, manage, and optimize content across platforms.
-Foster authentic connections by responding to comments and messages.
-Analyze content performance and adjust strategies to maximize growth and engagement.
-Brainstorm creative ideas with the team that align with brand goals and audience.

QUALIFICATIONS
-2 to 6 years of proven experience in social media management and video editing.
-Proficiency with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut etc.)
-Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to different brand voices.
-Experience with managing social media management platforms.
-A solid understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
