Social Media Manager

About Us:
House of Nannies is a premium nanny placement agency, and we’re expanding with the launch of a new childcare service. We’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager to help build brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive growth across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute social media strategies for House of Nannies
Create a launch campaign for our new service
Create and schedule engaging content (graphics, captions, reels, stories, etc.)
Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and pinterest
Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community engagement
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and analytics to optimize performance
Collaborate with the team on marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
Assist with paid social media ads (preferred but not required)

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,)
Strong content creation skills (graphics, reels, captions)
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience with Canva, or other design tools is a plus
Someone who has experience with building buzz for a launch
Knowledge of childcare, parenting, or family-oriented brands is a strong bonus

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Preferably someone who has a minimalist/clean design aesthetic to match our brand
