We’re looking for a high-energy, remote Social Media Manager who excels at community engagement, content distribution, and relationship-building across social media. If you love helping brands grow, engaging with audiences, and making an impact, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:
Content Management:
Create and schedule posts using our custom GPT AI tool
Post graphics & videos (provided by our designer/videographer)
Write engaging captions using our custom GPT AI tool
Keyword & Hashtag research for IG & YouTube
Community Engagement:
Actively moderate and respond to comments/messages in real time
Engage with potential clients by friending, interacting and DMing with them and building a relationship
Provide *value-driven* engagement in both our communities and others
Growth & Strategy:
Track and analyze social media data to optimize content performance
Identify and implement emerging trends in organic social growth
Repurpose content (from video/photoshoots) into snippets for social media
Ensure potential clients follow all brand social accounts without being spammy
Note: This position does NOT require running ads, but does include moderating them.

Who We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years in social media management
Mindset: Positive, high-energy, and fast-moving
Skills:
Strong multi-tasking & organizational abilities - Asana & Go High Level
Exceptional communication & relationship-building skills - Slack & DMs
Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms
Ability to interpret social media analytics and adapt strategies

Schedule & Compensation
Full-time, remote, contract position (40 hours/week)
North America-based schedule required (open to international candidates who can work U.S. hours) transitioning to Lisbon, Portugal schedule May 2025
Compensation: Based on experience & qualifications
