**Social Media Manager - Upper Echelon Capital**

**About Us:**

Upper Echelon Capital is a leading credit repair company dedicated to helping our clients achieve their financial goals. We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence and drive client acquisition.

**Job Summary:**

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies across multiple platforms. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and funnel potential clients to our sales team, while also providing excellent customer service support. **Only candidates with prior experience managing social media for credit repair companies will be considered.**

**Responsibilities:**

* **Content Creation:**
* Create two engaging short-form Reels about credit education and tips daily for Instagram.
* Create one informative and visually appealing carousel post for Instagram daily.
* Create two engaging short-form Reels about credit education and tips daily for TikTok.
* Develop eye-catching thumbnails for Reels and posts using Canva or similar tools.
* **Platform Management:**
* Maintain a consistent posting schedule across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, including daily updates to stories featuring our products, services, and client success stories.
* Create and manage a Facebook group for clients to share their results and connect with our community.
* **Community Engagement:**
* Respond to and follow up on DMs and inquiries across all social media platforms.
* Direct sales inquiries to the sales department and customer service inquiries to the customer service team.
* **Lead Generation:** Drive traffic and generate leads to maximize client acquisition.
* **Scheduling:** Schedule posts and Reels in advance for publishing after your shift.

**Qualifications:**

* **Proven experience managing social media accounts *specifically* for credit repair businesses.**
* Demonstrated ability to create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks).
* Proficiency in creating visually appealing graphics using Canva or similar tools.
* Solid understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with Facebook group management is a plus.
* Must be comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.

**Schedule:**

Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM ET (3 hours/day)

**Compensation:**

$50 per week
