Becoming Awesome is an established YouTube channel with over 5,600 subscribers and 134,000 views in the last year.

We’ve achieved this growth in a little over 2 years. We’re now ready to see our content reach even more people by making it available as audio podcasts and creating a social media presence.

We’re looking for a team member to help expand our reach.

Initially, your job will be to work with us to create social media accounts on Facebook, X, Instagram & TikTok.

We are currently producing 2 long form YouTube Videos a week, and will be soon producing 2 podcasts a week as well.

My editor will produce a short teaser for each video. Your job with be to push the teasers out to these 4 platforms and interact with followers, as well as announce and promote retreats, classes & other special events we offer.

Our goal is to create long term subscribers that enter into our marketing funnel through https://becomingawesome.one/

Our website currently gives away free tools for ascension, as well as Tracy & I offering channeled spiritual clearing & coaching sessions several days a week by donation.

Once the social media accounts have been set up, your weekly duties will be to take the 2 short promo videos we produce and distribute them. You’ll be linking to the long form videos and corresponding podcasts in your posts, as well as frequently driving people towards our free tools and sessions by donation.

Interacting with followers in a voice consistent with our brand will be vital!
Our niche is spiritual growth, awakening & ascension. Being familiar with these topics is important.

We’re offering $3.50 an hour for 20 to 30 hours a week as your starting wage. If we’re satisfied with your work after 6 months, we’ll raise your salary to $4 per hour and possibly expand your hours up to 40 per week.

A successful candidate will:
• have a strong command of the English language
• be able to produce promo graphics suitable for social media platforms.
• be able to understand and follow instructions.
• show creativity and artistic flare in production.
• Be able to interact on social media with a similar tone and message content to our videos & podcasts
• be able to keep a regular schedule and meet deadlines
• be a team player
• be available for a weekly team meeting (probably at 7:30 AM Tuesday mornings US Mountain Time)
