Position Summary:

We are looking for an innovative Social Media Manager to oversee and execute our social media strategy, driving engagement and brand awareness. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about creating compelling, impactful content that resonates with our mission. As our Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our online narrative, building our audience, and supporting our mission of bridging the wealth gap through homeownership.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand values and business objectives.
Create engaging, high-quality content (images, videos, captions) tailored to each platform, including Instagram, Facebook,
LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Plan monthly themes and content calendars that reflect industry trends and resonate with our audience.

Community Engagement & Growth
Monitor and respond to audience engagement in a timely, authentic manner.
Build relationships with our audience, fostering a strong online community aligned with our mission.
Track and analyze performance metrics to inform strategies for audience growth and engagement.

Brand Development & Collaboration
Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all social media platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader company goals and initiatives.
Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure SOHO Realty & Mortgage Lending remains innovative and competitive.

Campaign Management & Reporting
Launch targeted social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Manage budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4 + of experience managing social media platforms, with a proven track record of strategic campaign success.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to align social media goals with broader company objectives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and the ability to analyze, interpret, and present data.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to create graphics that align with the company's brand while following Social Media best practices.
- Willingness to engage with the audience by making meaningful connections, meaningful comments and getting to know the
audience, their needs, desires and pain points.
- Ability to create original unique content that aligns with monthly topics and subtopic.
- Understand how to repurpose content across multiple platforms.
- Experience with growing Instagram and LinkedIn accounts with proven metrics.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta, ManyChat, Hootsuite, Dripify, Metricool, other scheduling tools
and metric analyzing tools.
- Expertise in ALL social media platforms.
