JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a talented Social Media Manager with a background in the interior design industry to craft and execute a compelling digital presence that highlights our aesthetic, creativity, and customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategize and Execute Social Media Plans: Develop and manage a cohesive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and LinkedIn to promote our custom products, window treatments, and design services.
• Content Creation: Produce visually stunning and engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos, that align with our brand aesthetic and resonate with our audience.
• Highlight Custom Work: Collaborate with the design and production teams to showcase custom projects, window treatment installations, and behind-the-scenes processes.
• Audience Engagement: Actively interact with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster a sense of community among clients and design enthusiasts.
• Trend Analysis: Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices in the interior design space to maintain a competitive edge.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, offering actionable insights to enhance engagement and reach.
• Collaborations: Build relationships with influencers, designers, and complementary brands to expand our network and reach.
Qualifications:
• Industry Experience Required: At least 2 years of social media management experience within the interior design field or closely related industries (home decor, furnishings, etc.).
• Visual Storytelling: Exceptional ability to create aesthetically pleasing, on-brand content that highlights the beauty and functionality of custom designs.
• Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics tools.
• Design Skills: Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for creating polished, professional content.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain a content calendar, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Collaborative Spirit: Willingness to work closely with our design team to authentically represent our offerings.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in paid social media advertising (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of SEO strategies to drive traffic to social channels and our website.
