Social Media Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging, engagement, and growth across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and content creation, as well as the ability to execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Identify target audiences and tailor content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram,
Content Creation & Management:
Plan and oversee the creation of engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure content aligns with the brand voice.
Platform Management:
Monitor, engage, and respond to audience interactions across platforms.
Leverage platform-specific features like Instagram Stories, LinkedIn posts, and TikTok trends to increase visibility.
Campaign Execution:
Run organic and paid social media campaigns, including boosted posts and ad campaigns.
Collaborate with the Paid Media team to align strategies and optimize results.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms.
Experiment with innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in social media management.
Proven track record of growing brand presence and engagement.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Premiere).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in SaaS or tech-focused industries.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and UGC campaigns.
Understanding of SEO principles for social content.
