This role involves managing and creating content across
Compensation:
• Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week, $800 USD/Month.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Posting & Content Creation:
• Develop and execute a consistent posting schedule for all assigned platforms.
• Design and create visually engaging, custom graphics and animations.
• Produce, edit, and publish short-form video content, including
Brand Consistency & Quality Control:
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and style across all channels.
• Write clear, concise, and error-free copy for captions, descriptions, and headlines.
Engagement & Community Management:
• Monitor comments, messages, and reviews, responding promptly and professionally.
• Cultivate an engaged and positive community presence.
• Actively look for potential clients in the United States that are looking for website development and/or search engine optimization and engaging with them to get them to sign-up for a discovery call with our team.
Analysis & Optimization:
• Track key performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.
• Stay informed on platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating custom social graphics (not templates) and original social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in producing and editing short-form video content for Reels.
• Strong command of English with excellent spelling and grammar skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and their respective algorithms, features, and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
