Job Title: Social Media Manager (Short-Form Video Specialist)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager who specializes in short-form video content to help real estate agents grow their social media presence and generate leads. The ideal candidate will excel in creating viral content, developing content strategies, and managing social media pages to drive engagement and visibility.

Responsibilities:
Content Strategy: Brainstorm and develop unique content ideas tailored to real estate audiences.
Scriptwriting: Create compelling hooks and scripts for short-form videos (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Video Management: Collaborate with clients or teams to ensure high-quality video production and editing.
Social Media Management:
Post videos with engaging captions, hashtags, and optimized descriptions.
Manage daily social media activities, including posting stories and responding to comments/messages.
Optimize real estate agents' social media profiles for growth and lead generation.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor video performance metrics (views, engagement, reach) and suggest improvements.
Trends: Stay updated on trending audio, challenges, and formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts, specifically with short-form videos.
Expertise in platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Strong understanding of content hooks, storytelling, and video optimization for virality.
Experience writing engaging captions and selecting effective hashtags.
Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices for maximizing reach.
Familiarity with tools for scheduling and analytics (e.g., Later, Buffer, or similar).
Ability to adapt tone and content style to align with clients’ brands.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with real estate professionals or familiarity with the real estate industry.
Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
Knowledge of SEO as it relates to social media content.
