Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager who loves the fast-paced world of social media and enjoys bringing content strategies to life. If you thrive in a remote work environment, have a knack for engaging with audiences, and take pride in delivering high-quality work, this role is for you.
This full-time position is ideal for someone with excellent people skills, unwavering integrity, and meticulous attention to detail. You should bring a proactive mindset to handle challenges independently and be excited to work a night shift to align with our US-based clients.
Position: Full-Time Remote
Shift: Night Shift, 9 PM - 6 AM (PH Time)
Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
Responsibilities
Content Creation and Posting:
Execute a pre-prepared social media calendar by posting engaging content on platforms such as Instagram,
Graphic Design and Video Editing:
Design simple graphics and edit short videos using tools like Canva, CapCut or other editing applications to bring content strategies to life.
Engagement Management:
Respond to comments, direct messages, and other interactions in a timely and professional manner, maintaining the brand’s voice and tone.
Utilize tools like ManyChat automation for Instagram DM engagement and automation tasks.
Analytics Reporting:
Monitor content performance metrics, prepare weekly reports, and suggest improvements to boost reach and engagement.
Ads Management
Plan and execute ad campaigns using the Instagram Boost feature and Meta Lead Ads, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
Track ad performance and suggest improvements to optimize ROI.
Content Planning:
Collaborate with the team to adjust and refine content strategies based on performance and feedback.
Problem-Solving:
Troubleshoot technical issues related to social media accounts and tools to ensure smooth operations.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to keep content fresh and relevant.
Experience
1+ year(s) of experience in managing social media accounts or campaigns.
Strong skills in graphic design and video editing using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
Proven ability to write engaging and on-brand captions with an excellent command of written English.
Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram,
Experience analyzing social media performance metrics and preparing actionable reports.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently in a remote setting.
