As we continue our exciting growth journey, we’re looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to help expand our brand presence across multiple platforms.

The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Social Media Manager with a passion for storytelling, creative content, and audience engagement. This full-time remote position will focus on managing and optimizing our presence on platforms like Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, among others.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute innovative strategies to grow our brand visibility and engagement across social platforms.
Content Creation & Scheduling: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Community Engagement: Monitor and interact with our online community to foster relationships and enhance audience loyalty.
Performance Analysis: Track key metrics, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights to continuously improve content and strategy effectiveness.
Campaign Management: Collaborate with our marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing goals and initiatives.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts across multiple platforms, especially Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create compelling social content and deliver measurable results.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
A creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with a global team.
Compensation & Benefits

Starting Rate: $3 USD/hour
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
