We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms, across our brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Tiktok,
- Create engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
- Respond to comments and messages promptly, maintaining a strong online presence.
- Responsible for identifying and collaborating with influencers and managing brand partnerships to enhance social media campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proven experience managing social media for mobile apps is ideal.
- Ability to work across diverse target audiences in different countries, including US/Canada/UK/Europe/Philippines, covering different age groups.
- Experience with different brand types such as entertainment, education, and tech.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creativity and the ability to create engaging content.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Metricool, Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of TikTok's algorithm and best practices for maximizing content reach and engagement.
