Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Organic Social Media Manager to join our team. This role will focus on developing engaging content, posting across our social media channels, and actively engaging with our audience to foster community and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation:
• Plan, create, and manage content (images, graphics, videos, stories, reels) that aligns with FancyMeds’ brand identity and goals.
• Develop creative, informative, and engaging social media posts related to our products, industry trends, health tips, and success stories.
• Stay updated on social media trends to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging.
2. Content Scheduling and Posting:
• Schedule and post content across various social media platforms, including Instagram,
• Monitor posting times and platform-specific algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
3. Community Engagement:
• Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on social media in a timely and friendly manner.
• Foster a sense of community by engaging with followers, addressing feedback, and participating in conversations to boost brand loyalty.
• Identify and build relationships with brand advocates, influencers, and followers to amplify FancyMeds’ reach and impact.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
• Track and analyze key social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, reach, etc.) to understand content performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Prepare monthly reports summarizing performance insights, growth, and engagement metrics to inform future strategies.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably within health and wellness or a related industry.
• Proven experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio of social media posts, visuals, and campaigns.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools.
• Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to adapt to FancyMeds’ voice and tone.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
• Knowledge of social media trends in health and wellness.
• Experience working with brand ambassadors or influencers.
