Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence and engage with our audience effectively. In this role, you will develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the healthcare sector, create compelling content, and manage our social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and trust.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Design and implement social media strategies that align with business goals, focusing on healthcare-specific trends and audience needs.
Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) that reflects our brand values and resonates with our audience.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner while fostering a sense of community.
Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and ROI. Use analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices within the healthcare industry.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, and customer service) to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Compliance: Ensure all social media activities adhere to healthcare regulations and privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
Strong understanding of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) and their unique requirements.
Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail and creativity in crafting engaging content.

Familiarity with SEO principles and web traffic metrics.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
