Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with over 5 years of experience, particularly skilled in managing TikTok and multimedia content creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, with a focus on creating engaging content, including videos, still images, and multimedia content that resonates with our audience. This role involves managing social media channels, developing and executing content strategies, and ensuring the consistent and effective representation of our brand across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Design:
- Develop and create engaging content for various social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on TikTok.
- Design visually appealing still images and graphics that align with the brand's identity and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, create, and execute content strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
2. Video Editing and Multimedia Production:
- Edit video content for social media, ensuring high-quality production and relevance to the target audience.
- Create short-form video content, including TikTok videos and social media snippets, to promote brand initiatives and engage followers.
- Utilize video editing software to produce polished, professional videos that enhance the brand's online presence.
3. Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including TikTok, Instagram,
- Schedule, post, and monitor content across social media channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, particularly for TikTok, to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on social media activities, performance, and audience engagement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize social media strategies.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
