Job Overview:
We seek a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee all aspects of our social media presence across multiple platforms, including
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy
-Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances brand awareness.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our strategy fresh and relevant.
Content Creation & Curation
-Create, edit, and post engaging content (photos, videos, graphics, and written posts) tailored for each platform.
-Curate user-generated content and leverage influencer collaborations where applicable.
-Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Community Management
-Actively engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
-Build and foster relationships with key influencers, brand advocates, and customers to grow a loyal community.
Analytics & Reporting
-Monitor, track, and report on performance metrics across all platforms (engagement rates, reach, impressions, etc.).
-Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
-Present monthly/quarterly performance reports and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Social Media Advertising
-Manage social media advertising campaigns
-Set and track KPIs for paid campaigns, optimizing for performance and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to create engaging content.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta).
- Experience in running paid social media campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and insights.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
