Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and executing our and our client's social media strategy across all platforms.

Key responsabilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging content (posts, images, videos, stories) for different social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook,
LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
• Manage day-to-day social media accounts and ensure consistent posting schedules.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, etc.
• Respond to comments and messages promptly, engaging with the audience in a meaningful way.
• Collaborate with management and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, giveaways, and collaborations to grow followers and engagement.
• Benchmark competitor activity and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Ability to develop creative and engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Social Bee or similar.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
