Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Social Media Manager to take charge of our brand’s online presence. You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, developing engaging content, and driving audience growth. The ideal candidate will be able to craft compelling social media strategies and execute them across multiple platforms to build brand awareness, increase engagement, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including posts, stories, and videos, that aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster community interaction.
• Analyze social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, followers, etc.) and provide regular performance reports to track growth and optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure that campaigns are cohesive and support overall business goals.
• Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including setting objectives, audience targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices to continually improve our social media presence.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience managing social media platforms for brands or businesses.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native platform analytics), and content strategies.
• Proven ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives results.
• Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on social platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple social media accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to evolving social media trends and platforms.
