Social Media Manager

Are you a social media enthusiast who loves engaging with people and building connections?

We are looking for an Instagram Acquisition Specialist to join our agency.

Your primary role will be to cold outreach by sending daily outreach messages to potential Models to join our agency.

As an essential part of this role, you will also be responsible for cold outreach to girls who exhibit the potential to work as models at our agency. If you're a creative, proactive individual who enjoys using Instagram as a marketing tool and can dedicate 4-5 hours daily to this role, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
•? ?Send a minimum of 100+ outreach messages on Instagram daily.
•? ?Engage with potential followers and partners to foster connections and promote our brand as a leading model agency.
•? ?Identify and conduct cold outreach to girls who demonstrate potential to work as models at our agency.
•? ?Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions.
•? ?Report daily progress and results to the team.

Requirements:
•? ?Good understanding of Instagram and its features.
•? ?Excellent communication skills.
•? ?Proactive and self-motivated.
•? ?Ability to commit 4-5 hours daily to this role, either through a phone or a PC.
•? ?A passion for social media and a creative mindset.
•? ?Basic knowledge of Instagram analytics (preferred but not required)
