Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Edit and create video content for social media posts.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels promptly.

Email
Marketing & Newsletters:
Design, create, and distribute newsletters from scratch using MailChimp.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with marketing objectives.
Segment email lists and manage audience data for targeted campaigns.
Content Creation & Calendar Management:
Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement across all platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to get content calendars and other materials approved.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
SEO (Good to Have):
Assist in optimizing content for search engines to improve visibility and reach.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
General Administration:
Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and email campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights on social media and email marketing metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media VA or similar role.
Proficiency in using Squarespace, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and MailChimp.
Strong understanding of email marketing and newsletter creation.
Basic video editing skills.
Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with a high level of organization.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CMS like Squarespace.
Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
