### **About Us:**
We are a newly-launched beauty brand dedicated to empowering individuals to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. We believe in providing high-quality products that enhance natural beauty and foster self-care. We are looking for a creative, driven, and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and help us elevate our brand’s presence across digital platforms.

### **Position Overview:**
As our Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of our brand across all social media channels. You’ll be responsible for creating, curating, and executing engaging content that resonates with our audience. You will also handle UGC (User-Generated Content) outreach, build relationships with content creators and influencers, and negotiate deals for collaborations and partnerships. Your main goal is to increase brand visibility, engagement, and drive sales through authentic connections with our online community.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Manage Social Media Channels:** Own and manage our social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.). Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with our marketing goals.
- **Content Creation & Strategy:** Develop engaging, brand-aligned content (videos, photos, stories, etc.) that speaks to our target audience. Collaborate with the creative team to execute innovative social media campaigns.
- **UGC Outreach:** Actively search for and engage with customers who are creating organic content around our brand. Repurpose user-generated content to enhance authenticity and community-driven marketing.
- **Influencer & Creator Partnerships:** Identify and build relationships with micro and macro influencers. Negotiate and coordinate partnerships with beauty influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors for sponsored content, giveaways, and collaborations.
- **Campaign Management:** Plan, execute, and report on social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to support product launches and promotions.
- **Community Engagement:** Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and social media interactions. Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- **Analytics & Reporting:** Track social media performance using tools like Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, and other social platforms. Provide regular reports on engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign performance, and use insights to improve future strategies.
- **Trend Awareness:** Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies to keep our content relevant and innovative.

### **Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest) and their best practices.
- Experience in influencer marketing, UGC outreach, and negotiating creator deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong visual aesthetic that aligns with beauty and lifestyle brands.
- Ability to create and manage content calendars, plan social campaigns, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using tools like Canva, Later, Hootsuite, or similar social media management platforms.
- Knowledge of analytics and performance tracking tools for social media.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, or wellness is a plus!
