We are a small, dynamic digital marketing agency based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Social Media Manager to help us grow our online presence and engage with our audience across various platforms.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in social media management and a proven track record of growing subscribers and engagement. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our social media accounts, developing strategies to increase our followers, and driving traffic to our website.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Growth:

Increase Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube subscribers.
Develop and execute strategies to boost engagement and follower growth on all platforms.
Create and curate engaging content tailored to our audience.
Ads & Merch Sales:

Develop and manage ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to drive merchandise sales growth.
Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Content & Community Management:

Plan and schedule regular posts across all social media platforms.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
Collaborate with the team to create and promote content that aligns with our brand and goals.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a focus on growth and engagement.
Strong understanding of social media best practices and the latest trends.
Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Experience with digital marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Availability to work from 9am - 5pm EST Monday - Friday (9pm - 5am PHT Monday - Friday).
