About Zoltan Szabo
Zoltan has worked as a global leader in various Fortune 500 companies, such as Salesforce, IBM, and GE, over the last twenty years.
Zoltan started his private venture to build Zoltan Szabo brand in 2024 and scale his training and coaching business.
Zoltan is now scaling his brand to help other entrepreneurs and educate people about business and personal development.
Zoltan has a team of 2 people who help him develop his content and grow his brand.
Zoltan is very focused on his teaUpgrade to see actual infombers' development and improvement and always wants to provide an amazing work experience.

Your role
The work has the following elements to it:

Design and production of creative assets and content for social media and newsletter (focus on LinkedIn infographics, carousels, and cheat sheets)
Use Zoltan`s brand assets for design
Create design and creative assets
Copywrite posts using Zoltan`s voice, style
Proficiency in using AI tools (ChatGPT and others)

Social Media Management (LinkedIn)
Co-create social media strategy for Zoltan Szabo brand
Build a social media content calendar
Posting to social media (Linkedin)
Comment back to people commenting on Zoltan's posts with comments aimed at stimulating discussion and getting them to comment back to encourage additional engagement.
Comment on 35+ other people's posts at GMT 12 pm - 1.30 pm and these comments are also aimed at stimulating discussion.
Liking and commenting on other people’s posts that we designate (speaking in Zoltan`s voice)
Drive audience for Zoltan Szabo`s products and services

Weekly Newsletter Management
Scale and Grow Newsletter
Manage weekly newsletter creation and scheduling

Key & Essential Skills
Strong written English communication skills
Very strong attention to detail
Positive “can do” attitude and willingness to take on tasks of any size and learn new things!
Willing to work hard and want to grow professionally

Pay
$800+ a month for full time work (40+ hours / week)
I am looking for a full-time employee
If the candidate is successful, there will be opportunities for pay rises and bonus’ depending on performance.

Perks
You control your own time. As long as you have a few hours online around 12:30 pm - 13:30 pm GMT.
Flexible vacation time. If you need time off just book it off a week in advance.
