Social Media Manager
A-MG-2405-02(SM)

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to promote our consumer products effectively across various platforms. Additionally, you will manage influencer relationships to amplify our brand presence and drive engagement with our target audience.

This is a remote position only.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for our consumer products.
2. Create engaging content calendars tailored to different platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) while maintaining brand consistency and voice.
3. Produce high-quality, visually appealing content including photos, videos, graphics, and captions to captivate audiences and encourage interaction.
4. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, and engage with followers to foster community growth and brand loyalty.
5. Analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates) and leverage insights to optimize content strategy and campaign effectiveness.
6. Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities and implement innovative approaches.
7. Identify, research, and build relationships with influencers and content creators aligned with our brand values and target audience.
8. Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiation, content collaboration, and performance tracking.
9. Coordinate influencer campaigns from conceptualization to execution, ensuring deliverables are met and objectives are achieved.
10. Track and report on influencer campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and ROI, and provide actionable insights for future initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Experience in social media management, preferably within the consumer products or lifestyle industry.
2. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms, with a strong understanding of each platform's nuances and best practices.
3. Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) to produce compelling visual content.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging copy and interact effectively with followers, customers, and influencers.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media performance.
6. Experience in influencer marketing, including sourcing, vetting, and managing influencer partnerships, is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a knack for fostering authentic connections with influencers and content creators.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative social media campaigns and initiatives.
Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
