JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a financial Advising firm looking for an individual to help with creating, editing, and publishing content. They will manage the company's brand in a cohesive way to achieve marketing goals. Our main focus is to bring in other financial advisors to join our firm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Strategy Development
o Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness.
o Create engaging text, image, and video content.
o Ensure consistent brand messaging across various social media channels. Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, Threads, etc.
o Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
2. Platform Management
o Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
o Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures).
o Suggest and implement features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
3. Engagement
o Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
o Foster community engagement and build a positive online community around our brand.
o Work with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.
4. Advertising
o Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
o Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
5. Analytics
o Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Hands on experience in content management.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical and multitasking skills.
