JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will involve assisting with social media management, database management, and providing support in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate marketing and be knowledgeable in the Follow Up Boss CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist in daily administrative tasks including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Handle phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Social Media Management:
Develop, implement, and manage social media content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Monitor and respond to social media interactions and engagements.
Track and report on social media metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of campaigns.
Database Management:
Maintain and update the company’s CRM system, Follow Up Boss, ensuring all client and lead information is accurate and up-to-date.
Generate reports and provide insights based on CRM data.
Coordinate and manage email marketing campaigns through the CRM system.
Real Estate Marketing:
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online advertisements.
Support the organization and execution of open houses and other real estate events.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Other Duties:
Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry.
Proven experience with social media management and marketing.
Familiarity with Follow Up Boss CRM platform is essential.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
