REQUIREMENTS:
You don’t need experience doing this to be considered although a background in sales is a definite bonus. Our company goal is to create strong virtual relationships with our Influencer’s and their fans. Your job will be to strengthen these relationships by building solid rapport, then by categorize the time wasters, paying customers, VIP’s and cater to each individual client's needs. Once you have an understanding of & our curated content and upsell tactics it becomes quite entertaining and you can begin to put your own personality and wit into this job. There is never a dull day, we have a LIT group chat where we share our wins & biggest struggles with the rest of the team!

- STRONG COMMAND OF ENGLISH (ABSOLUTE MUST!)

- GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF ANIME/VIDEO GAMES
- GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF AMERICAN POP CULTURE
- UNDERSTANDING OF KPI (Key Performance Indicators)

Candidates must be currently UNEMPLOYED and looking for a FULL-TIME job. We are also taking in applicants who want part time work (20-30hrs/week)

MUST be able to occasionally work graveyard (10pm-6am Philippines Time)

Starting Compensation Details:

- PAID five-day training (4hrs/day) ($50)
- $2.5/hr STARTING RATE (30 days probation) ($480/month)
- $3.5/hr REGULAR RATE + 2% commission ($700-$1000+/month)
- $3.75/hr GRAVEYARD SHIFT RATE + 2% commission ($750-$1100+/month)
- $4/hr TEAM LEADER SALARY + 2% commission on ALL NET sales ($1500+/month)
- +$1.5/hr Over Time Rate (Overtime starts after 50 hours of work in a work week)
- 8 hours a day, 6 days a week
- Bi-weekly payout
- Regular Monthly & Weekly SPIF Bonuses on top of commission that can significantly bump up your salary if you hit certain requirements

You will get Pay Bumps based on performance and time spent working with us

Technical Requirements

- Laptop/PC (processor must be i5 and above, at least Windows 10)
• Internet Connection (speed must be above 50 Mbps both Download and Upload)
• Webcam (for team ZOOM calls)
