JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Social Media Manager with strong Virtual Assistant capabilities to manage, grow, and optimize multiple social media accounts across various platforms. This role requires hands-on experience in creating and executing social media strategies, content creation, and customer engagement, as well as providing administrative support.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage tasks independently while working closely with the CEO. You will be responsible for growing social media accounts organically, optimizing them, running ads, and developing a 12-month strategy. Additionally, you will manage outreach and customer service, along with handling various virtual assistant tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Account Management: Take charge of multiple social media accounts, focusing on organic growth across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, and more.
Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute a 12-month social media strategy, including content planning, graphic creation, copy writing, and scheduling posts.
Paid Ads: Once accounts are optimized, manage ad campaigns to further grow the platforms.
Outreach & Customer Service: Handle outreach, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain community engagement.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor account growth and engagement, adjust strategies based on insights, and provide regular performance reports.
Virtual Assistant Tasks: Assist the CEO with personal calendar management, email outreach, lead generation, web research, and other administrative duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

Proven Experience in Social Media Management: At least 2 years of experience managing and growing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
Experience with Virtual Assistance: Previous experience in tasks such as personal calendar management, email outreach, lead generation, web research, and administrative support.
Content Creation & Strategy: Strong experience in creating engaging content, executing social media strategies, and growing accounts organically.
Experience with X Monetization Program: Familiarity with the X platform’s monetization features is a plus.
Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Trello, and other productivity tools.
English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
High-Speed Internet & Reliable Computer: Must have a good computer and fast internet connection.
Additional Qualities: Avid reader is a bonus. We’re looking for someone eager to grow and continuously learn.

Additional Skills (Assets):

SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and ability to apply them to content for better discoverability.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including email marketing, online ads, and analytics.
Content Writing Skills: Ability to write engaging, clear, and effective content for different social media platforms.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Salary: 24,000 per month, reviewed every 3 months based on performance.
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Initial working hours will be from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM PST. After 3 months, flexible working hours can be discussed, but at least 4 hours overlap with the PST time zone is required.
Training & Development: Additional training can be provided after a successful 6-month probation period, based on eagerness, performance, and loyalty.
