JOB OVERVIEW

Do you want to help transform the careers of millions of people worldwide?

We're looking for a freelance social media (LinkedIn) manager to help engage with the audience of one of the most influential career advice brands on the Internet.

Key Responsibility:
Social Media Support
• Respond to user comments and tags using our standard operating procedures.
• Conduct outreach to relevant users according to the provided criteria.
• Respond to inbound direct messages to our inbox according to the provided criteria.
• Conduct outbound comments and outbound messages according to the provided criteria.
• Schedule prepared posts (copytext + digital graphic assets) on LinkedIn for optimal traffic.

BONUS opportunity for:
Social Media Asset Creation
• Create media graphics (using Canva) for LinkedIn such as carousels and single images
• Follow digital branding requirements including logos, text, images, and layout to create a polished, professional final product
• Optimize content for LinkedIn’s algorithm (including mobile format).

Requirements:
• Proven experience in social media support (LinkedIn a plus).
• Familiarity with the LinkedIn platform (or willingness to learn).
• Attention to detail—we expect strong proofreading skills and polished copy (by hand, using AI only as a research tool or a final check and not as the primary writing tool).
• Willing to write according to a brand voice / Standard Operating Procedures.
• Excellent command of written English.

Preference for candidates who can work in Eastern Time (USA) though all candidates will be considered.

Additional Information:

• You will receive Standard Operating Procedures to help you learn the appropriate brand voice and approved language
• A short social media support test will be required as part of the application process.
• (If applicable) A short graphic creation test will be required as part of the application process
