Are you a high-level, resourceful, and results-driven Virtual Assistant looking to step into an expert role? I’m seeking a self-sufficient, proactive, and highly competent VA who can own and execute social media management and lead generation—without constant oversight.

If you love content repurposing, engagement, and bringing in quality leads through DMs, this role is for you. You’ll be leading the charge in ensuring my brand stays visible, engaged, and consistently brings in warm prospects ready to book a call.

This isn’t for someone who needs step-by-step guidance for every task. I need someone who can problem-solve, take initiative, and optimize workflows to create better results without waiting on me for every decision.

???? Your Core Responsibilities:

? Social Media Repurposing & Scheduling

Take my long-form content (blogs, videos, voice notes) and repurpose it into Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook posts
Write compelling captions and schedule posts using Meta Business Suite
Research and use effective hashtags to increase reach
Create and edit basic graphics or reels using Canva or other tools

? Lead Generation & Community Engagement

Engage with targeted audiences through thoughtful comments and DMs
Monitor relevant groups and discussions to insert my expertise naturally
Identify warm leads and initiate meaningful DM conversations
Manage LinkedIn outreach to ensure I stay connected with key prospects

? DM Conversations That Lead to Sales Calls

Nurture potential leads through strategic conversations
Identify who is a qualified prospect vs. who needs more nurturing
Book sales calls directly from warm leads in the DMs
Track and report conversation progress & results

? Basic Funnel & Email Follow-Ups

Manage simple follow-up emails for prospects who engage but don’t book
Keep a spreadsheet of who needs follow-up and when
Collaborate with my team to ensure leads move through the sales funnel

? Data & Performance Tracking

Track social media engagement, DMs, and conversions
Report weekly with what’s working and what’s not
Suggest improvements to our content, messaging, or targeting

???? Bonus if You Have:

Experience with LinkedIn outreach & lead gen
Knowledge of basic email marketing tools (ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
Previous work in a coaching, online business, or consulting space

???? Compensation & Hours:

$3-5/hr (or competitive rate based on experience)
20-25 hours per week
