Social Media Growth & Strategy Consultant

*About the Role*

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Growth/Strategy Consultant to help with development of an organic content strategy across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned social media professional who specializes in organic growth, engagement strategies, and content optimization. You will work closely with the business owner to analyze competitors, recommend platform-specific strategies, and outline an effective posting and engagement plan.

This is a short-term hourly contract which could turn into a long-term opportunity when the strategy is implemented.

*About the Company*

The company is well-established with an existing SEO strategy and modest organic traffic. Your role will be focused on the implementation of video-focused social media as part of the overall SEO strategy. More information will be provided to shortlisted candidates.

*Requirements*

-Proven experience developing organic social media growth strategies.
-Strong understanding of social media SEO, platform algorithms, and engagement tactics, with knowledge of current best practices
-Experience with most (if not all) of the platforms identified
-Experience optimizing and managing short-form video content.
-Ability to present a clear, structured strategy with actionable recommendations.
-Experience with social media analytics tools
-Strong communication skills in English—able to explain strategies clearly and concisely

*Work Structure & Compensation*

Work will begin with a series of consultations/discussions with the owner (during Pacific Standard Time business hours), and research & analysis tasks, all compensated at the hourly rate and paid promptly to your local bank account.

For longer-term cooperation you will be paid once monthly to your local bank account. Exact terms for long-term cooperation are negotiable following the initial engagement period.
