Our dream is to become the most sought-after health and wellness destination in Mississauga and the GTA, and we need a creative, driven social media expert to help us achieve this FAST.

Your Mission
We’re looking for a Social Media Growth Strategist with the talent, passion, and creativity to:

Make us go viral on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Build our brand into a local celebrity health hub known for transforming lives.
Drive exponential growth in our online visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a growth-focused social media strategy for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Create engaging, viral content (short videos, reels, memes, infographics, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.
Research and implement the latest trends, challenges, and strategies to build our online presence.
Geo-target our content to attract local clients in Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area.
Optimize content for hashtags, keywords, and algorithms to maximize organic reach.
Track performance metrics, analyze results, and tweak strategies for continuous growth.
Collaborate with our team to ensure content aligns with our mission and values.

What We’re Looking For
A creative genius who lives and breathes social media trends.
Proven experience in creating viral content or growing social media accounts.
Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms.
Excellent video editing and graphic design skills.
A passion for health and wellness is a plus!
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results.

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $7–$12/hour (depending on experience and results).
Hours per Week: 15–25 hours to start, with the opportunity for more as we scale.
