About Us:
Little Red Barn Designs is a handmade ornament and jewelry business that creates unique, high-quality pieces that bring joy to our customers. We sell through E-commerce, Faire, in-person markets, and social media. We are looking for a talented social media content creator to help us grow our presence on Facebook and Instagram.

Job Responsibilities:

Create engaging and visually appealing posts for Facebook and Instagram
Write clear, natural, and compelling captions in fluent English
Schedule posts based on our content calendar
Research trending hashtags and optimize posts for engagement
Occasionally respond to comments and messages
Follow branding guidelines to maintain a consistent look and feel
Provide ideas for promotions, giveaways, and engagement strategies
Requirements:

Excellent written English skills
Experience creating social media content for small businesses or handmade products
Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram, including Reels and Stories
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Passion for handmade products and creative storytelling is a plus
Hours & Pay:

Part-time, flexible hours
Paid per post or weekly/monthly rate (to be discussed based on experience)
