We are looking for a Social Media + Facebook Ads VA to grow our brand’s Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest accounts and run paid ads for conversions.

???? Responsibilities:
? Schedule & manage daily Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest content.
? Run & optimize Facebook & TikTok Ads to drive sales.
? Engage with influencers & build partnerships for organic traffic.
? A/B test different ad creatives for better performance.
? Track and report ad performance using Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Ads Dashboard.

???? Requirements:
? 2+ years experience in social media & ads.
? Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Instagram Growth.
? Strong copywriting & ad optimization skills.
? Ability to work with graphic designers to optimize ad creatives.

???? Compensation:
$500–$1,000/month (based on experience).
Opportunity for performance-based bonuses.
