JOB OVERVIEW

As our Social Media Executive, you’ll be responsible for implementing and managing engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Working closely with the Marketing Executive, you’ll take the social media plan and turn it into action, ensuring content is aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
You will also support our CEO’s personal brand, helping to create content that enhances her presence and thought leadership across key platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
Develop and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Write engaging captions, create compelling visuals using Canva, and ensure brand consistency.
Implement the content plan provided by the Marketing Executive, ensuring all activities are actioned efficiently.
Generate fresh ideas for content that increases engagement and visibility.

CEO Personal Brand & Content Support
Assist in creating personal brand content for the CEO, including social media posts and blog articles.
Help develop engaging short-form content that aligns with the CEO’s voice and expertise.
Support with social media scheduling and management for the CEO’s personal profiles.
Engagement & Growth

Actively engage with audiences—responding to comments, messages, and interactions.
Monitor trends and suggest strategies to increase engagement and social media reach.
Track and report on social media performance to optimise content strategy.

Collaboration & Workflow Management
Work closely with the Marketing Executive to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
Use Plannable to schedule content, ClickUp to track tasks, and Canva to create visuals.
Stay organised and ensure all content is published on time.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in managing social media for brands or individuals.
A creative and proactive approach to content creation.
Strong copywriting skills—ability to write engaging and on-brand content.
Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to stick to a structured plan.
Experience using Plannable, Canva, and ClickUp (or similar tools).
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
A keen understanding of social media engagement strategies and trends.
