Are you a creative and driven social media enthusiast with a passion for entrepreneurship and business communities? Do you have the skills to engage, excite, and build online audiences? We're looking for a Social Media Executive to help grow and manage the online presence of our Ideas Forums portfolio, which includes The Start Up Awards, The Great British Entrepreneur Awards, and the UK Fast Growth 50.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms (LinkedIn,
Community Engagement: Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and building meaningful conversations across our social media platforms.
Campaign Strategy: Work with our marketing team to create, execute, and monitor social media campaigns that promote our events and grow our communities.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns, reporting key insights and making recommendations for improvement.
Audience Growth: Use your creativity and understanding of social media trends to help grow our online audience and enhance engagement within our entrepreneurial communities.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
Creative and proactive: You have a flair for storytelling and know how to make content stand out. You are always on the lookout for new trends, tools, and ideas.
A natural communicator: You understand the importance of tone, brand voice, and creating meaningful connections with an online audience.
Organised and detail-oriented: You can manage multiple projects at once and stick to deadlines.
Passionate about entrepreneurship and business: An interest in entrepreneurship, business growth, and the challenges faced by founders will help you connect with our audience.
Analytical thinker: You understand how to measure success through data and adapt strategies to improve performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or communities.
Demonstrable skills in creating engaging content (including copywriting, graphics, and basic video editing).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Interest in entrepreneurship and start-ups is a big plus.
