Are you great at sparking conversations, engaging with online communities, and driving action? We’re looking for a Social Media Engager & Community Manager to interact with our audience, manage engagement across platforms, and encourage members to attend our weekly free masterclass on digital products!

???? Position Overview:
As a Social Media Engager & Community Manager, your role will be to respond to comments, messages, and discussions across our social media platforms while managing three active Facebook Groups for digital product creators. Your goal is to build relationships, encourage engagement, and guide people toward our free weekly masterclass** to help them grow their digital product business.

You will be responsible for **clearing out inboxes** on **Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok**, ensuring that no message or comment is left unanswered.

???? Key Responsibilities:

? Engage & Respond** – Actively respond to comments, messages, and discussions on **Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram** to encourage participation.
? Facebook Group Management** – Manage and moderate **three Facebook Groups**, ensuring discussions remain valuable, engaging, and spam-free.
? Drive Masterclass Attendance** – Encourage members and followers to attend our **free weekly digital product masterclass** through conversation and engagement.
? Inbox Management** – Regularly **clear out and respond to inbox messages** across **Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram** to ensure every inquiry is addressed.
? Encourage Community Growth** – Welcome new members, answer questions, and spark discussions to keep our groups active and thriving.
? Monitor & Escalate Issues** – Identify common questions, concerns, or urgent issues and report them to the appropriate team.
? Track Engagement & Feedback** – Keep an eye on engagement trends and provide insights to improve strategies.

???? Who You Are:
?? Fluent in English** with strong written communication skills.
?? Social media savvy** – familiar with **Facebook Groups, Instagram, and TikTok engagement.**
?? Proactive and highly responsive**, able to reply to comments/messages in real-time.
?? Personable and engaging**, able to **spark conversations and keep communities active.**
?? Comfortable handling inboxes**, responding to DMs, and following up with potential attendees.
?? Organized and detail-oriented**, ensuring no comment or message goes unanswered.
?? Understanding of digital products, online courses, and business growth** is a plus!
