Position overview: I am seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Engagement Specialist to manage our direct messages (DMs) on Instagram. You will be engaging with leads who have sent a DM via an ad i am running. This role is critical in bridging the gap between our marketing efforts and customer engagement, ensuring a seamless experience for our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and respond to direct messages on Instagram in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers and potential customers to answer inquiries, provide information, and foster relationships.
- Reach out to leads generated from online advertisements, following up to assess their needs and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain records of interactions with leads and track engagement metrics to report on performance.
- May also assist in creating content for social media posts that encourage engagement and drive traffic to our sales funnel.
