We are a dynamic digital marketing agency, working with a diverse client base in sectors like education, home improvement, real estate, and music. Our small, dedicated team is on a path of expansion, and we're excited to welcome a Social Media Engagement & Appointment Setter Specialist to grow with us.

The Role:
In your role as our Social Media Engagement & Appointment Setter Specialist, you'll be responsible for our online voice and engaging with our audience across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You will start with 3 hours per day to support our Sr. Social Media Coordinator, focusing on community engagement through comments and messages and prospecting. With demonstrated performance and as our needs evolve, there is potential for opportunities to broaden your scope and increase your hours. Your supervisor will be Haley, the business owner who will provide guidance and feedback, and you'll work with a colleague who also works alongside you during the week.

Responsibilities:
-Monitor and respond to comments and messages via SMS and across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
-Initiate conversations with new prospects for our company on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin.
-Setting appointments for our sales team from conversations on social media.
-Maintain a consistent voice and brand image across all interactions, following brand guidelines.
-Collaborate closely with the team to understand our brand, messaging, and goals.
-Report on common feedback themes from the community to help improve our services and content.
-Other task-based assignments, related to social media prospecting and brand voice.

Qualifications:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
-Reliable internet connection is a must.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-A positive and professional attitude with a strong work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality work.
-Proficiency in, or the ability to quickly learn, social media and CRM platforms and tools such as GoHighlevel, Facebook Business Manager, Sprout Social, and others.
-Interest and skills in digital marketing, social media, graphic design, and content creation is a plus.
-No prior experience in digital marketing required, but should have a good understanding of how to correspond with people and adapt to a company’s brand voice on social media.
-Ability to work Wednesday - Sunday, in the Pacific Standard time zone.
