Social Media Editor

I am looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) with expertise in video editing and social media content creation to help me take my online presence to the next level.

This role requires someone who can edit engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will be working with talking head videos, b-roll footage, still images, carousels, and reels, transforming them into scroll-stopping content that captivates my audience.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
? Editing short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
? Creating engaging carousels, still image posts, and other social media graphics
? Adding captions, motion graphics, text overlays, and sound effects to increase engagement
? Repurposing content across multiple platforms
? Keeping up with social media trends to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement
? Following and improving upon my existing branding and content style

Requirements:
???? Proven experience in social media video editing (please provide 2-3 samples of your previous work)
???? Ability to edit in a fast-paced, engaging style that retains audience attention
???? Experience with editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
???? Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube best practices
???? Strong understanding of social media engagement and content strategy
???? Ability to meet deadlines and work independently while following brand guidelines
???? Strong communication skills

Preferred But Not Required:
? Experience with AI tools for content creation
? Knowledge of social media marketing and analytics
? Ability to write engaging captions and post descriptions

Compensation & Hours:
???? Salary: Open for discussion based on skills and experience
???? Hours: 10 hours per week to start, with potential for growth
