We are a dynamic and growing dietary supplement startup seeking a part-time Social Media & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate should have a strong focus on social media management, content creation, and online marketing. As part of a small, fast-paced team, they will be responsible for growing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and supporting the execution of paid advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy & Timeline:
- Develop a comprehensive strategy to generate
- Provide a detailed timeline with defined phases for content creation, roll-out, and ongoing engagement.
2. Targeting & Audience Segmentation:
- Understand target audiences for each product and propose ways to effectively reach potential retail customers and affiliates.
- Engage both new and returning customers with follow-up campaigns, promotions, and loyalty-focused content.
3. Social Media Management:
- Manage daily posting, engagement, and interaction on Instagram and
- Stay updated on social media algorithms to optimize posts for maximum reach and engagement.
- Collaborate on developing a content calendar aligned with brand and marketing goals.
4. Content Creation & Asset Management:
- Social Media: Design high-impact content such as videos, testimonials, and infographics that highlight product benefits and success stories, creating excitement and encouraging sharing.

5. Digital Advertising and Campaign Management:
- Set up and manage social media and ad campaigns, conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance tracking to maximize ad effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign results to make strategic adjustments and improve performance.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and report on key social media and campaign metrics, providing insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Prepare periodic reports to highlight engagement, reach, conversions, and identify trends for further growth.
7. General Marketing Support:
- Research and identify social media and digital marketing trends relevant to our industry.
- Propose and execute innovative content ideas, such as new video formats or interactive media, to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and campaign development.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, digital advertising, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in content creation tools, including Canva or similar software, and ad management platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
