We're on the hunt for a vibrant and enthusiastic Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to captivate online communities and spread the golden glow of TechnoTan's world-class tanning and beauty solutions across Australia and the rest of the world!
Some MUST HAVES for the role include:
- Being able to work within 2 hours of A.W.S.T. time regularly (8am-4pm).
- Good writing and speaking English skills.
- Teamwork skills to work with our existing video editors and graphics designer team.
- Experience with
- Experience with CRM Platforms.
- Ability to create social media posts on all major social media platforms.
- Be able to optimise current social media accounts.
- Experience with creating campaigns for upcoming events and seasons.
- Being able to work independently and solve problems.
Other experience that would be an advantage:
- Experience in detailed research and reporting
- Experience with GoHighLevel (CRM, Marketing, & Social Media Posting Platform)
- Skills in Keyword research on YouTube and Instagram
Your daily responsibilities in the role include:
- Breaking up new and existing media (e.g. graphics & videos) into smaller social media content for other platforms.
- Creating and maintaining a cross-platform content strategy.
- Optimising current social media platforms.
- Creating and maintaining a content scheduling calendar.
- Creating and posting content to social media channels.
- Creating and maintaining monthly social media platform analysis reports.
- Answering inquiries and messages on all social media channels in a timely manner.
Initially, the applicant will be engaged on a paid trial basis with the goal of switching to ongoing regular work. Hourly rate will be negotiated depending on demonstrated ability. Please use the words “social media ninja” in your response/application. For an interview, you will need a Zoom account as well as a working webcam and microphone. If interviewed, you will be required to start with a text-based chat interview and then progress to a Zoom video call interview.
