We are currently seeking a Social Media & Digital Content Manager with strong skills in video editing, graphic design, and social media management to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Marketing (50%)

Develop and schedule Instagram Reels, Facebook posts, and stories:
Use Meta Business Suite to manage posts and collaborations.
Research and engage with relevant Instagram pages to boost brand visibility.
Design promotional flyers, banners, and marketing materials.

2. Video Editing & Graphic Design (50%)

Create animated 3D videos using Canva & Breakout Clips.
Edit promotional reels and marketing videos for social media.
Design maps, marketing one-pagers, and digital event materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on pending marketing projects.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite).
Video editing skills (Canva, Breakout Clips, or similar tools).
Graphic design experience (flyers, banners, branding materials).
Excellent communication and organization skills for remote collaboration.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task effectively.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

Experience in event marketing and branding.
Understanding of SEO and social media analytics for growth optimization.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Social Media Growth – Increase Instagram and Facebook engagement and follower count.
Content Production – Deliver at least three to five reels per week and weekly promotional graphics.
