The Role

As our Social Media Expert & Admin, you will play a dual role in driving our brand’s online presence while supporting essential business operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Social Media Management

Content Creation: Develop unique, visually compelling content for Facebook and Instagram using Canva and other tools.

Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute creative campaigns that align with our brand identity and business goals.

Growth Metrics: Demonstrate measurable growth through increased engagement, followers, and lead generation.

Analytics: Track and report on social media performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Portfolio of Success: Share references to projects you’ve managed, showcasing real metrics (e.g., "Grew Instagram followers by 40% in 3 months," "Increased post engagement by 75% through tailored campaigns").

Administrative Support

Collaborate with our team of photographers to cull raw photos and upload them to editors.

Process floor plans and ensure accurate delivery to clients.

Provide backup support to our Virtual Assistant for various operational tasks.

Handle miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth flow of daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram.

Design Skills: Proficiency with Canva or similar tools to create engaging visuals.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to track performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize results.

Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and willingness to assist in diverse tasks.

Organized & Efficient: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with excellent time management.

Portfolio & References: A portfolio showcasing your social media success stories, including growth metrics and content examples.
