Social Media & Content Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and self-motivated Social Media & Content Virtual Assistant with a passion for skincare, cosmetics, and digital content creation. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in managing and enhancing our digital presence on Instagram and YouTube by scheduling engaging content, editing videos and images, and staying on top of social media trends.

This is a part-time role with flexible hours, ideally overlapping US Eastern evenings and Philippine mornings, with the potential to grow into a full-time position.


Job duties and responsibilities:

1. Content Scheduling & Posting:
- Plan and schedule posts using content calendars and scheduling tools.
- Curate captions for each video for Instagram as well as YouTube shorts titles and description.
- Schedule YouTube shorts (this can be done in a batch once a week for the next week)

2. Video & Image Editing:
- Edit videos and photos to match the current aesthetic and quality.

3. Content Optimization:
- Write captions, suggest hashtags, and optimize posts for reach and engagement.

4. Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

5. Analytics Tracking:
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest content improvements based on performance.

6. Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated on relevant trends in skincare, cosmetics, and social media best practices.

7. Collaboration:
- Coordinate for content ideas, meeting deadlines, and ensuring consistent messaging.


Qualifications:

- Proven social media management experience on Instagram & YouTube.
- Proficient in video and image editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere).
- Strong content creation skills: crafting engaging captions, titles, and hashtags.
- Experience with scheduling tools and analytics tracking.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities.
- Flexible availability: US Eastern evenings/Philippine mornings.
- Genuine interest in skincare and cosmetics.
