JOB OVERVIEW

We seek a versatile virtual assistant with strong design skills to create engaging social media content and assist with general admin tasks related to graphic creation, research, creating SOPs, and data entry. To be considered for the role, please read this description carefully and follow the application instructions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SOCIAL MEDIA DESIGN AND CREATION
Create 24 graphics each month, including:
--1:1 square posts (static graphics or carousels) for Facebook and Instagram. Carousels should include multiple slides with engaging visuals and storytelling elements.
--1080x1920 vertical posts for TikTok. Carousel content must also be converted into .mp4 video files for this format.
--Adhere to the provided branding guide to ensure consistency.

VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE
--Assist with general tasks, research, and other responsibilities as assigned.
---Research and source images or information for posts by visiting business websites when necessary.


BRANDING

FILE ACCESS
All graphics must be created in your Canva account, and we will provide access to copy or download them into our Canva account.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Attention to detail is critical. Before submission, all work must be thoroughly checked for errors, typos, or inconsistencies.

TIMELINE
All posts for the upcoming month must be completed and approved by the 3rd week of the month. This is a recurring monthly requirement.

CAPTIONS
We will provide all captions. Your role is to design graphics based on the provided content and specifications.

WORKING TERMS
--The role will require 20 hours per week during the first three weeks of the month.
--The hourly rate is $2.00/hour for the first month, increasing to $3.00/hour if performance is satisfactory.
--If we work well together, this could transition into a full-time position after three months.
--Must be able to work during the hours 3 PM EST to 7 PM EST (part-time) M-F

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you must complete the following steps:

--Submit Samples
--Provide samples of your previous design work.
--Complete the Design Test


1. Use the provided branding guide to create and submit:

a. One static post using the sample caption:
"Dreaming of a new home? Whether you're buying or selling, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. Let's make those real estate dreams come true!? Reach out today! #Realtor #BuyWithConfidence #SellWithSuccess"

b. One carousel post using the sample information:
Slide 1 (Cover): Title: “Top 2 Must-Try Restaurants in XYZ City
Slide 2: Restaurant 1 - The Cozy Fork (American Comfort Food)
Slide 3: Restaurant 2 - La Vita Bella (Italian Cuisine)
Slide 4 (Closing): Call-to-action: “Which one are you adding to your foodie bucket list?”

2. Submit DISC Results
--Complete a DISC personality assessment and attach the results to your application.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

I am familiar with Canva for graphic design and Trello for communication and task management.
Experience in real estate or a strong understanding of the industry is a bonus.
Ability to conduct research by visiting assigned business websites to source images and information for posts.
Strong attention to detail and strong internet connection.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Applications without the design test or DISC results will not be reviewed.
