**Content Strategist (Freelance/Gig Role)**

I am a sole proprietor managing multiple social media accounts, and I’m looking for a **Content Strategist** who understands American culture and has an eye for what goes viral online. If you’re familiar with trends, memes, and the concept of “brainrot” content, this might be the perfect role for you!

**What You'll Do:**
- **Discover Viral Content:** Find uncopyrighted videos, images, and memes likely to go viral in the U.S. This includes streamer clips from Twitch, motivational videos, bodycam footage, controversial topics, funny moments, and more.
- **Organize by Niche:** Upon joining the team, you'll be provided folders for different content niches where you’ll sort and organize your findings.
- **Platform-Specific Research:** Understand the nuances of different social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and how monetization and engagement differ between them. We’ll provide guidance on this.
- **Write Relatable Captions:** Craft catchy, Gen Z-friendly captions in proper English, like "LMAO well deserved," or "He did him so wrong LOL," to connect with the target audience.

**Important Note:** Using AI tools like ChatGPT to generate captions, ideas, or any content is strictly prohibited. Creativity and originality are a must for this role.

**Ensure Consistency:** Maintain a steady flow of fresh, engaging content for daily posting to help grow and sustain our momentum across platforms.

**What We’re Looking For:**
- **Cultural Insight:** A strong understanding of U.S. humor, trends, and controversy. You’ll need to know what resonates in American culture since content that goes viral here might not work elsewhere.
- **Detail-Oriented:** Ability to source a high volume of content and organize it effectively by niche and platform.
- **Responsiveness:** Social media thrives on consistency, so prompt communication and timely delivery are critical.
- **Proactive Attitude:** Be motivated to uncover the next big trend or viral moment before anyone else.
- **Originality:** Strong creative instincts to craft captions and content that resonate, without relying on AI tools.
