About ServeNoMaster:
At ServeNoMaster, we pride ourselves on innovative content and rapid growth. As a company, we’re known for our creative video productions and strategic approach to building engaged, targeted audiences. I, Jonathan, CEO & Owner, am directly involved in our content strategy, and I’m looking for a dedicated Social Media & Content Manager to help drive our expansion on LinkedIn and YouTube.
The Role:
This role is a critical part of our team at ServeNoMaster. You will work closely with me to create compelling content that not only drives engagement but also translates into measurable business growth—targeting increased followers and
What You’ll Do:
LinkedIn Content:
• Develop a daily newsletter (content to be approved by me before publishing).
• Create engaging posts, including transforming long YouTube videos into step-by-step, screenshot-style tutorials.
YouTube Content:
• Write detailed, engaging video scripts.
• Record b-roll or demo footage that complements our primary talking head videos and voiceovers.
Content Creation & Tools:
• Leverage a suite of AI tools to produce high-quality images, screenshots, and other digital assets.
• Convert long-form content into concise, visually engaging posts.
Growth & Strategy:
• Focus on growing targeted followers and expanding our
• Collaborate closely with me to ensure every piece of content supports ServeNoMaster’s strategic goals.
Workflow:
• Manage your own schedule and work through a clear task queue.
• Maintain prompt communication (reply within 24 hours) using our internal systems.

• Proven success managing and growing LinkedIn and YouTube channels.

Job Details:
• Type: Initially part-time with a move to full-time after a three-month trial period.
• Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Compensation: Competitive monthly rate plus performance-based bonuses.
• Location: Fully remote. You set your own schedule, but prompt communication and task management are essential.
